The popular board game UNO will win over all card game fans. This game is similar to the classic Rain, but it offers more game options, which makes it a little more interesting. The players' task is to get rid of all the cards in their hands, while only cards of the same color can be discarded. However, there are also special cards in the game that allow you to change your color, put your opponent on hold for a given round, or let him draw cards. This way you can easily turn the course of the game. UNO is perfect for any party, but thanks to its simple rules, even children can easily understand it, so it can liven up a boring family afternoon.

Game progress
The player to the dealer's left starts, then continues clockwise. On his turn, a player may discard a card from his hand that has the same color or numerical value (for number cards) or symbol (for action cards) as the top card on the discard pile. If a player has two cards of the same color or number, he may discard both of them. If he does not have such a card or does not want to discard it, he draws the top card from the draw pile into his hand. If this card can be played according to the rules, the player may do so, but after drawing a card, the player may not play a card that was already in his hand. Then the next player plays.
Action and wild cards have special meaning when someone plays them or when they are revealed after the deal as the first card of the discard pile:
- Draw 2: instead of taking their turn, the next player draws the top 2 cards from the deck.
- Reversal: the direction of play is reversed, i.e. if players were playing clockwise, after playing this card they will play counterclockwise and vice versa. After the player who played this card, the player who played before him will always have a turn. If this card is revealed at the beginning of the game, the dealer starts the game and the game then continues counterclockwise
- Skip: the next player skips their turn. If revealed at the start of the game, the player to the dealer's left is skipped and the game begins with the player to his left. Can be used as a +2 and +4 block.
- Wild card: can be played on any card. The player who played it chooses one of the game colors. The next player must then play a card of the chosen color (or wild). If it is revealed at the beginning of the game, the player who starts chooses the color.
- Wild card “draw 4”: can be played on any card. The player who played it chooses one of the game colors. The next player must then draw 4 cards from the deck instead of his turn and the next player must play a card of the chosen color (or wild). If the player on whom “Wild 4” is written also has a “Wild Draw 4” in his deck, he can discard it. The next player then takes 8 from the deck. “Draw 2” cannot be played on a “Wild Draw 4” card; on the contrary, it is possible - “Wild Draw 4” can be discarded on a “Draw 2”. This card must not be the starting card - if it is revealed at the beginning of the game, it is shuffled into the deck and another card is drawn.
- Wild Dancing Card: If a player plays this card, the next player must dance the BTS dance in front of everyone else, if they refuse, they take 3 more cards. This card is also a wild card, meaning that the player who played it can choose any color next. If this card is shown at the beginning of the game, the player starting from the left can choose a color.
If someone plays the card “Wild Card: Draw 4”, then the next player (the one who is supposed to draw 4 cards) can ask him to show his cards in his hand. If he finds that the player who played this wild card has a card in his hand of the same suit as the last one played, then that player must take it back and draws 4 cards as a penalty. However, if the “Wild Card: Draw 4 Cards” was played legally, then the next player draws 2 more cards as a penalty (so a total of 6 cards – 4 for the wild card and 2 for the penalty).
If a player has played their penultimate card, they must say the word "Uno" (Italian for "one") before the card they played touches the discard pile. This alerts the others that they have the last card left in their hand. If they forget to do this, and someone else notices and says "Uno" before the next player begins their turn (draws a card from the deck or takes a card from their hand to play it), that player must draw 2 cards as a penalty.
Victory
The winner of the game is the player who gets rid of all his cards first. He gets as many points as the total points of the cards that the other players have left in their hands. When scoring, number cards are worth as many points as the number on them, the action cards "draw 2", "reverse" and "jump" are worth 20 points, "wild cards" and "wild cards: draw 4" are worth 50 points. The overall winner is the player who first gets 500 points.
An alternative method of scoring is to award points to each player except the winner for the cards remaining in their own hand. Play continues until someone has a set number of points. The winner is the player with the fewest points.
